Executive Leadership
Jhon K. Seme is the son of Haitian immigrants — a heritage that made hard work not a choice, but a way of life. His path into business began on the operational floor: during two years inside Walmart's logistics division, he worked as an inbound lead, coordinating dispatchers, trucks, and the day-to-day operational process that keeps goods moving. That hands-on exposure to logistics, fleet, and supply-chain operations became the foundation of SVG's acquisition strategy today.
The drive behind Seme Venture Group is deeply personal. It begins with gratitude — thanking the parents who sacrificed everything to give him a chance — and grows into a mission to build generational wealth that outlasts him. A quote has stayed with him since the beginning: "Out of a thousand years of bloodline, no one decided to become a millionaire. So why not it be you?" That conviction shapes every acquisition, investment, and partnership SVG takes on.
